What can you do to change your environmental toxins? I have a Smart Tip for you that will help you start to clean up your act! The most obvious toxins in our homes are fragrant candles and fragrant plug-ins. These can make your house smell great, but they are extremely toxic to your physical body. They can sometimes have heavy metals and when your physical body inhales heavy metals, it can attack your respiratory system and/or immune system. I know for me, when I’m around heavy metals and I breathe them in, I feel tired and weak instantly. My motivation goes out the window. All I want to do is rest because my body is trying to fight off the attack. The good news is there are many healthy ways to make your home smell nice. Look for candles that are made with essential oils or also, you can buy a diffuser and diffuse the essential oils. If you change this one thing, you are starting to eliminate a very heavy toxin in and around your environment. A great tip in seeking out toxins in your environment is to become a detective and listen to how your body feels when you’re in a room. Your body is a feedback loop to help you navigate. I’m Jennifer Schaefer with CompleteWellnessStartsHere.com and thank you for watching!
