Have you been searching for a way to release your anger in a positive manner? Today’s Smart Tip kicks anger out! Anger is a primal feeling and emotion. It is a useful tool that can warn us when something is wrong, when we are in a bad situation, a destructive relationship with ourself or others, or when we are in a toxic place physically or emotionally. Anger is a great tool that is meant to be a quick warning signal to become aware of our current circumstance. It is meant to come and go. Anger becomes toxic when we choose to live in it. Here is a great exercise that literally allows you to kick your anger out. Lay on your back, legs straight out in front of you, arms to your sides. Bring your knees towards your chest, so your calves are parallel to the floor. Begin pushing your feet forward and back, keeping your calves parallel to the floor in a piston motion, and allow your breath to regulate to the movement. And that’s how you kick out your anger!
